(Some pictures
used in these lot descriptions are used multiple times if they share
the same boundary line, etc. Example: creek frontage)
Approximate Spatial Figures:
- 300' Grover Rd. frontage (pending new survey - might be less)
- Long side of the triangular lot line will be the road frontage side
- One of the short sides of the triangular lot line has a dense forest immediately behind it (part of the Twin Ravines lot &
extremely likely to stay that way as a privacy buffer for that prime lot)
- The second short side of the triangular lot line does have a
neighboring large exterior building close by to this Hunt Course lot.
- Level, pretty open grass meadow lot ready to build a home
- Quite a bit of treed screen coverage on road frontage side
- Good mix of soft & hardwoods & smaller shrubery
- Hardest ground good for building is well over 3/4 of the entire lot & likely where a home would be chosen to be built
- Situated on the pretty, winding, residential neighborhood of Grover Rd.
- Pretty
former natural horse jumps of wood & stone on lot and could be
incorporated into your landscaping & gardens (or easily able to be
removed)

Lots of vegetation growing on the hunt course lot to make it a very
desireable homesite. Here is a picture showing one of the
jumps when it was in regular use with the camp. It still exists on the property.
Another one of the jumps being used - this is called the Keyhole. It is also still on the property.
This is a trail group after they have left the jumping hunt course and
are heading back onto the trail system. This picture was taken
on the Twin Ravines lot - immediately next to and behind the hunt course.
View looking across the hunt course lot from the opposite direction of
the very first picture of this page. Grover Rd. visibile on
left and some of the jumps too.
View from near the rear lot line: (one of the two short sides of the triangular lot)
This view is very close to where the very first picture of this page
was also taken but you can see more of the central part of the
lot. Grover Rd. to the right, horse jumps immediately next to
road, wide open grassy meadow, some trees, & lot lines mainly
marked by good forested buffer zone.
